We offer our regulatory and government clients a full suite of services from project inception to completion. Please read on to learn more…

Project Management

Over the past 20 years, we have managed projects for regulatory bodies, credential assessment agencies, sector councils, colleges, universities as well as all levels of governments.  We have the capacity to oversee projects of all size and scope ranging from those with limited resources to multi-million dollar initiatives. Core activities typically involve writing project plans and charters, preparing requests for proposals, meeting facilitation, managing vendors, financial oversight, and reporting to third party funders. From working to harmonize the evaluation of international credentials to developing competency-based assessment tools, we get it done on time and on budget.

Competency Profiles

The vast majority of regulated professions in Canada maintain a competency profile as a means of describing the specific activities licensed individuals need to perform to promote public safety and ethical practice.

We employ an evidence-based model to develop and/or update these important standards which includes focussed research, consultation with stakeholders, management and input from a team of subject matter experts, and statistical validation though online surveys.

Implementation Plans & Feasability Studies

It has been said that “success is the residue of preparation”. Feasibility studies and implementation plans can help ensure that clients make informed decisions based on a realistic appreciation of the timelines and resources involved.

We conduct customized research in support of the specific projects our clients are considering. This can include environmental scans, key informant interviews, review of staffing/operational models and high-level costing.

Proposal Writing

Federal and provincial governments offer a variety of funding opportunities for initiatives related to the integration of skilled immigrants into the workforce. Having completed dozens of proposals on behalf of our clients, we are familiar with the detail and content proposal reviewers value. Preparation of project plans, timelines, budgets and cash flow projections are all available. Our conversion rate over the past 20 years (i.e. from proposal generation to project funding) is over 90%.
